Montage Torsteuerung DC2 ”S“
Montage der Logikeinheit
1. Schraubendreher in Schlitz auf Gehäusedeckel einstecken, nach oben hebeln und den
Deckel öffnen.
2. Entfernen Sie die Steuerplatine (nur gesteckt).
3. Montieren Sie die mitgelieferten PG - Verschraubungen in das Gehäuse und stecken
Sie die Platine wieder auf. Achten Sie hierbei auf richtiges Einschnappen der Platine.
4. Bohren Sie die Befestigungslöcher und schrauben Sie den Befestigungsbügel an der
Wand fest.
5. Die Leitungen führen Sie nun durch die Kabel-Eingänge.
Achten Sie auf dichten Sitz von Dichtnippel und Kabelverschraubungen, sonst ist der
Geräteschutz nicht gewährleistet.
6. Schließen Sie die Leitungen gemäß Anschlußplan an die entsprechenden Klemmen an.
7. Nach der Kabelinstallation muß die Klemmenabdeckung aufgerastet werden.
Schließkantensicherung (Option)
Bei der Verwendung einer pneumatischen Schaltleiste wird ein Vorendschalter
(Öffner), zum Testen der Pneumatik, im Abstand von etwa 5cm über dem Boden am Tor
montiert und an den Vorendschalterklemmen angeschlossen. Der mitgelieferte
Widerstand (8,2 kΩ) wird je nach verwendeter Schaltleiste gemäß Anschlußplan an der
Schaltleiste bzw. dem DW-Kontakt angeschlossen.
Rohrantrieb
Beim Anschluß des Rohrantriebs an die Steuerung ist darauf zu achten, daß die
Motorklemmen ▲ und ▼ der jeweiligen Laufrichtung entsprechen.
Die Kontrolle der Laufrichtung wird bei geschlossenem bzw. halb geöffnetem Tor
durchgeführt.
- Netzspannung für ca. 5 Sekunden unterbrechen.
- Deckeltaster bzw. Handsender betätigen.
- Das Tor muß jetzt in AUF-Richtung laufen.
Bewegt sich das Tor jedoch in AB-Richtung
- Torbewegung durch Betätigen des Deckeltasters bzw. Handsenders stoppen.
- Netzspannung unterbrechen.
- Motordrähte an den Klemmen ▲ und ▼ tauschen.
- Netzspannung wieder einschalten.
Lichtschranke (Option)
An die DC 2 S kann direkt eine Lichtschranke zur Durchfahrtsicherung angeschlossen
werden. Die Spannungsversorgung wird an den Klemmen +24V zur Verfügung gestellt.
Der Ausgang der Lichtschranke (NC) wird in Serie zu der Schaltleiste angeschlossen.

Elektroanschlüsse dürfen nur
von einer Fachkraft durchge-
führt werden.
Vor der Montage ist die
Stromzuführung spannungsfrei
zu schalten.
