Bollos de canela y pasas de uva
Masa:
1 taza de leche
2 huevos
1 cdta. de sal
1
2 taza de azúcar
1
4 taza de manteca,
a temperatura ambiente
4 tazas de harina para todo uso

2 cdtas. de levadura para
máquina panadera
Relleno:
1
3 taza de mantequilla, ablandada
1 taza de azúcar morena
1 cda. de canela

4 taza de pasas de uva
Al final del ciclo, retire la masa de la máquina panadera. Oprima y sostenga el botón
de START/CANCEL (puesta en marcha/anulación) por unos segundos para terminar
el ciclo. Coloque la masa sobre la encimera embadurnada con harina y deje reposar
por 10 minutos. Amase para formar un rectángulo grande. Cubra con la mantequilla
ablandada. Mezcle el azúcar morena y la canela y espolvoree la mezcla sobre la man-
tequilla. Esparza las pasas de uva sobre la mantequilla y el azúcar. Enrolle la masa
desde el lado más largo. Corte para formar bollos de

2 pulgada de espesor. Coloque
en una asadera engrasada de 10 x 14 pulgadas .* Cubra y deje leudar al doble del
tamaño, más o menos por una 1 hora. Hornee a 375 grados entre 20 y 25 minutos o
hasta que estén listos. Deje enfriar un poco y luego glasee.
Glaseado: Combine el queso crema, la mantequilla, el azúcar impalpable, la vainilla
y la sal.
Se obtienen unos 16 bollos de canela grandes.
* También se puede usar una asadera de 9 x 13 pulgadas más un molde para
pan de 9 x 5 pulgadas.
Glaseado:
3 onzas de queso crema,
a temperatura ambiente
3 cdas. de mantequilla,

1 taza de azúcar impalpable
1 cdta. de extracto de vainilla
