GARANTÍA
La siguiente garantía solo se aplica en el país donde un
minorista vendió inicialmente este producto a un cliente.
1. La garantía cubre todos los defectos de fabricación y
materiales, existentes y que aparezcan, en la fecha de
compra o que aparezcan en un plazo de tres (3) años
desde la fecha de compra al minorista que inicialmen-
te vendió el producto a un consumidor (garantía del
fabricante). Verifique inmediatamente el producto en
relación con la integridad y la fabricación o posibles
defectos de los materiales en el momento de la com-
pra o inmediatamente después de recibirlo. Conserve
siempre el comprobante de su compra con la fecha.
2. Si detecta algún defecto, deje de usar el producto in-
mendiatamente. Para disfrutar de la garantía, lleve
o envíe, al distribuidor que lo vendió inicialmente, el
producto limpio y en buenas condiciones acompaña-
do del original del ticket de compra. No lleve ni envíe
directamente el producto al fabricante.
3. Esta garantía no cubre los daños provocados por un
uso indebido, la influencia del medio ambiente (agua,
incendios, accidentes, etc.), el desgaste normal o por
no seguir las instrucciones que se proporcionan en es-
te manual del usuario. La garantía no es de aplicación
si las modificaciones y los servicios los realizaron per-
sonas no autorizadas o si se utilizaron componentes y
accesorios no originales.
4. Esta garantía no afecta a ningún derecho legal del con-
sumidor, lo que incluye las reclamaciones por daños y
perjuicios y las reclamaciones por incumplimiento de
contrato, que el comprador pueda presentar contra el
vendedor o el fabricante del producto.
