La siguiente garantía del producto solo es válida en el país
dónde se adquirió por primera vez el producto, vendido por la
tienda al consumidor.
1. La garantía cubre todos los defectos de materiales y
fabricación, existentes o que puedan aparecer, por un período
de tres (3) años desde la fecha de compra inicial (garantía del
fabricante). Compruebe que el producto está completo y no
tiene daños aparentes inmediatamente después de la compra
o recepción del producto. Conserve siempre el comprobante
de compra.
2. Si detecta algún defecto o daño, deje de usar el producto
inmediatamente. Para hacer valer la garantía, envíe o lleve el
producto en buenas condiciones y correctamente embalado,
acompañado del original del comprobante de compra (ticket de
compra o factura), al distribuidor que lo vendió inicialmente. Por
favor, no lleve o envíe el producto al fabricante directamente.
3. Esta garantía no cubre los daños debidos al mal uso, accidentes
naturales (agua, incendio, accidentes, etc.), desgaste normal
del producto o el no respetar las instrucciones de este manual.
La garantía caduca automáticamente si el producto ha sido
manipulado o modificado por personas no autorizadas o si se han
usado accesorios o piezas de recambio no originales de la marca.
4. Esta garantía no afecta a los derechos de los consumidores,
incluidos reclamaciones por daños y prejuicios o por ruptura
de contrato, que el comprador pueda presentar contra el
distribuidor o el fabricante.
