Rice Pudding
Ingredients
Beaten eggs 2

Preparation
Beat the eggs. Then fill all ingredients into the
bread pan. Program selection: DESSERT.
Yeast Cake
Ingredients
Amount 750 g 500 g
Butter 100 g 60 g
Sugar 100 g 60 g
Ei 5 g 3 g
Self-rising Flour 250 g 150 g
Vanilla flavour 3 g 2 g
Lemon juice 25 ml 15 ml
Yeast 4 g 3 g
Preparation
Mix eggs, sugar and butter in a mixer and
process to a frothy consistency. In portions,
add a self-rising flour and mix manually. At
least, add all other ingredients and mix tho-
roughly. Wipe the interior of the bread pan
with a little oil. Then, add the dough.
Program selection: CAKE.

Ingredients
Water 260 ml
Bread Flour 400 g
Yeast 5 g
Preparation
Fill the ingredients into the bread pan. Water,
flour and yeast are the main ingredients, all
others are optional. However, do not fill in
more than 750 g in total. Program selection:
DOUGH or DOUGH & RISE.

Preparation
Fill the ingredients into the bread pan. Water

Orange Jam
Ingredients
Oranges 300 g
Sugar 180 g
Starch flour 10 g
Lemon juice 5 g
Preparation
Wash and clean the oranges and lemons.
Cut them into thin slices. Then fill all ingre-
dients in the bread pan.
Program selection: JAM.
Strawberry Jam
Ingredients
Fresh strawberries 300 g
Sugar 180 g
Starch flour 10 g
Lemon juice 5 g
Preparation
Wash and clean the strawberries. Then cut
them into small pieces or puree them. Then
fill all ingredients in the bread pan.
Program selection: JAM.
