Türkisches Brot mit Salami, Bocconcini und Pesto
Für 6 Personen
Zutaten
1 Türkisches Brot in 6 gleiche Teile zerteilt
Butter oder Margarine
18 Scheiben italienische oder spanische Salami
6 Bocconcini, in Scheiben geschnitten
1 Körbchen Cherry-Tomaten, halbiert
1 Tasse Pesto
Zubereitung
• Schneiden Sie alle Stücke des Brots in der Mitte durch und legen Sie die oberen
Hälften beiseite.
• Bestreichen Sie das Brot dünn mit Butter oder Margarine.
• Verteilen Sie die Salami, dann die Bocconcini und die Cherry-Tomaten auf den Broten.
• Verteilen Sie den Pesto über den Broten und decken Sie das Ganze mit den beiseite
gelegten Brothälften ab.
• Heizen Sie den Grill auf Stufe SANDWICH vor, bis die rote Netzkontrolllampe verlischt.
• Legen Sie die vorbereiteten Brote auf den vorgeheizten Grill und senken Sie den Deckel
vorsichtig darüber. Toasten Sie die Brote leicht goldbraun.
