Rezept - Waffelteig

Zutaten für 2 bis 3 Waffeln

1 Ei

4 Esslöffel zerlassene ungesalzene Butter

1 gehäufter Esslöffel Zucker

1 kleine Prise Salz

ca. 100 ml (10 cl) Vollmilch oder Buttermilch

6 gehäufte Esslöffel Mehl

Zubereitung

Schmelzen Sie die Butter und geben Sie dann Ei, Zucker und Salz hinzu. Schlagen Sie die

Masse glatt. Geben Sie das Mehl und etwas Milch dazu und rühren Sie den Teig glatt. Rühren

Sie Milch ein bis sich der Teig leicht gießen lässt.

Hinweis: Der Teig kann nach Geschmack mit Gewürzen und Aromastoffen verfeinert wer-

den. Zum Beispiel: Lebkuchengewürz, Vanillaroma, Zimt und vieles andere.
