Schokoladen Smoothie mit Karamell Sauce
Zutaten:
•500mlMilch,gekühlt
•3ELMilchpulver
•4TLVanilleEiscreme
•4TLSchokoladenEiscreme
•4ELKaramellSauce
•SchokoladenflockenzumGarnieren
Zubereitung:
Geben Sie die Milch, Milchpulver und Vanille Eiscreme in den Mixbehälter. Wählen Sie die
Mix-Taste und verarbeiten Sie die Zutaten bis diese gut vermengt sind. Gießen Sie den Drink
in 2 Gläser und geben Sie das Schokoladeneis dazu. Garnieren Sie den Smoothie mit der
Karamell Sauce und den Schokoladenflocken. Servieren Sie jetzt.
TIPP: Die Schokoladenflocken können Sie mit Hilfe eines Sparschälers aus Blockschokolade
selber herstellen.
TIPP: Tauschen Sie die Milchprodukte nach belieben aus z. B. gegen Sojamilch oder Soja-
eiscreme oder fettarmen Milchprodukten.
TIPP: Milchshakes und Smoothies sind eine gute Variante um Ihren Kindern Früchte
schmackhaft zu machen.
Baby Müsli
Zutaten:
•1ELHaferflocken
•2ELFlakesausReis(z.B.SpecialKvonKellogg´s)
•1TLRosinen
•½kleinerApfel,geschältundgeschnitten
•4ELfertigangerührtesMilchpulver
Zubereitung:
Geben Sie die Haferflocken, Reisflakes, Rosinen und den Apfel in den Mixbehälter. Wählen
Sie die Mix-Taste bis die Zutaten klein gehackt sind und erwärmen Sie die Mischung mit dem
fertig angerührten Milchpulver vor dem Servieren.
Apfel und Bananen Pudding
Zutaten:
•½kleinerApfel,geschältundohneKerngehäuse
•1kleineBanane,geschältundgeschnitten
•½TassevorbereiteterPudding
Zubereitung:
Kochen Sie den Apfel bis dieser weich ist. Wenn der Apfel abgekühlt ist, geben Sie den
Apfel und die Banane in den Mixbehälter. Wählen Sie die Mix-Taste und verarbeiten Sie die
Zutaten bis diese cremig sind. Vermengen Sie im Anschluss das Fruchtmus mit dem Pudding.
