Probleem Mogelijke oorzaak Oplossing
De hoofdschakelaar staat in
de stand OFF (uit).
Controleer of de hoofdschakelaar in de
stand ON (aan) staat.
De pomp maakt veel
lawaai.
Er zit geen water in het
waterreservoir.
Vul het waterreservoir met water.
Het waterreservoir is niet
goed geplaatst.
Plaats het waterreservoir terug in het
apparaat en druk het omlaag totdat de
referentiemarkeringen zichtbaar zijn.
De koe is te koud. De lterhouder is niet
voorverwarmd.
Warm de lterhouder voor.
Het 'klaar voor gebruik'-
lampje was uit toen u
de selectieknop naar de
koestand draaide.
Wacht totdat het 'klaar voor gebruik'-
lampje gaat branden.
De koppen zijn koud. Verwarm de koppen voor met warm
water.
De melk schuimt niet op. U hebt een melksoort
gebruikt die niet geschikt
is voor opschuimen
(melkpoeder of magere
melk).
Gebruik alleen koude, volle melk voor
het opschuimen.
Het is niet mogelijk om een
cappuccino te bereiden.
De klassieke melkopschuimer
is niet schoon.
Reinig de klassieke melkopschuimer.
Er is geen stoom meer in de
boiler.
Vul het doorloopsysteem.
Er komt geen koe of
alleen maar druppels koe
uit het apparaat.
De heetwater-/stoomknop
staat in de 'open' stand
(linksom gedraaid).
Draai de heetwater-/stoomknop naar
de 'gesloten' stand (rechtsom gedraaid).
Er heeft zich kalk opgehoopt
in het apparaat.
Ontkalk het apparaat.
Het lter voor gemalen koe
of het koepadlter in de
lterhouder is verstopt.
Reinig het lter voor gemalen koe of
het koepadlter.
U hebt een ongeschikte
koepad gebruikt.
Gebruik een koepad die geschikt is
voor dit apparaat.
De gemalen koe die u
gebruikt, is te jn gemalen.
Gebruik gemalen koe met een grovere
maling.
De gemalen koe werd in
het lter voor gemalen koe
gedrukt.
Zorg dat u de gemalen koe niet in het
lter voor gemalen koe drukt.
