12.7.1 Description des fonctions
LANGUE
- Afin d’accéder à la sélection, activer à partir du menu
«LANGUE».
PLAQUE CHAUFFANTE
- Confirmer «ACTIVÉE», afin d’allumer la plaque chauffante
lors de l’allumage de la machine.
- Confirmer «DÉSACTIVÉE», afin de garder la plaque
chauffante toujours éteinte.
DOSE DE MOULURE
Pour chaque distribution il est possible de modifier la quantité de
café moulu utilisée en phase de distribution et programmée en
phase d’installation.
- Confirmer «BAISSE» ou «HAUTE», afin de réduire ou
d’augmenter la dose d’un gramme.
- Confirmer «STANDARD», afin d’utiliser en phase de distribution
la dose programmée par le technicien de maintenance.
TEMPÉRATURE
Pour chaque distribution de café, il est possible de modifier la
température de l’eau utilisée en phase de distribution et programmée
en phase d’installation.
- Confirmer «BAISSE» : la température est réduite de 3° C.
- Confirmer «HAUTE» : la température augmente de 3° C.
- Confirmer «STANDARD», afin d’utiliser la température
programmée par le Technicien de Maintenance
REMARQUE - La température «premier café» est employée pour
la première distribution lors de la mise en circuit
de la machine.
PRÉINFUSION
Cette fonction permet d’effecteur une petite pause pendant la
première phase de distribution. Cela peut améliorer la qualité du
café qui, pendant la pause, «se mêle» avec la première partie
d’eau fournie. Confirmer :
- «DÉSACTIVÉE», afin de n’effectuer aucune préinfusion.
- «BREF», afin d’effectuer la «préinfusion» programmée par le
Technicien de Maintenance.
- «LONGUE», afin d’effectuer la «préinfusion» augmentée d’une
seconde.
PROGRAMM. EAU CHAUDE
Par cette fonction, il est possible d’activer la programmation de la
quantité d’eau chaude qui peut être distribuée. Confirmer :
- «ACTIVÉE», afin d’activer la touche , (paragr. 12.6)
- «DÉSACTIVÉE», la touche n’accepte pas la programmation
de la dose, elle sera gérée manuellement.
