“Montalatte” (24)
O “montalatte” (24) è um dispositivo especial
que consente emulsionar o leite aspirando-o
directamente do recipiente onde è contenido.
Antes de iniciar a preparar o cappuccino, pre-
parar tudo o que è necessário e por ao alcance
das mãos, tal como o recipiente do leite frio e
as chávenas.
Verificar que o “montalatte” (24) esteja
introduzido correctamente no tubo do vapor
(A) rodando a rosca (B) e introduzir o tubo de
aspiração (C) no recipiente do leite frio.
Através da haste (D) pode-se regular a
quantidade de leite aspirado. Na posição
indicada na figura a aspiração é máxima “leite
mais frio”. Rodando a haste (D) de 180° tem-
se a aspiração mínima “leite mais quente”.
Emulsionar o leite com o “montalatte”
1 Preparar o espresso em xicaras grandes.
2 Colocar o tubo de aspiração (C) no reci-
piente do leite frio e a chávena com o café
expresso debaixo do “montalatte” (24).

pos.24) para poder inserir uma carafe sem
bater na base da maquina espresso.
Versão biquinho vapor
1 Preparar o espresso em xicaras grandes
como jà indicado.
2 Colocar a carafe cheia por metade com leite
frio debaixo do biquinho do vapor. Ver fig.
03.
3 Virar lentamente a manopula da torneira
de distribuição vapor (7) no sentido ante-
horario para deixar sair o vapor.
IMPORTANTE: A pressão do vapor aumenta
virando a manopula.
N.B.
: Aconselha-se uma distribuição
máxima de 60 segundos.
4 Virar a carafe com movimento circular pre-
stando atenção que a extremidade do
biquinho vapor esteja um pouco mergulhada
no leite quando começa a formação da
emulsão. Não ferver o leite.
5 Uma vez obtida a emulsão desejada, virar
no sentido horario a manopula vapor para
interromper a distribuição do vapor e tirar a
jarra.
