Régénérer (réchauffer)
Les conditions optimales pour réchauffer sans
dessécher des mets cuits prêts peuvent être
obtenues dans le four vapeur. Cela permet de
conserver le goût et la qualité des aliments qui
semblent avoir été tout juste préparés.
Utilisez pour ce faire le mode de fonctionnement
"Régénérer" d.
Ne couvrez pas les plats. N'utilisez aucun film
aluminium ni alimentaire.
Les données se réfèrent à des portions pour une
personne. Vous pouvez aussi réchauffer des
quantités plus importantes dans un panier de
cuisson non perforé. Les temps indiqués sont alors
prolongés.
