1. Pancake stuffed with apple slices
Ingredients: 200 gr flower, 2dl milk, 2 bags of vanilla sugar, 2 eggs, 1 apple
Preparation: Put 200 gr flower, 2dl milk, 2 bags of vanilla sugar and 2 eggs in a bowl and stir
until the dough is smooth. Then peel the apple and slice it finely. Plug in the appliance and add
half of the pancake dough in the baking plate. Put in the apple slices and then add the rest of the
pancake dough. Close the appliance, let the pancake bake during 1,5 minutes, then turn the
appliance and let bake for another minute. Turn the appliance back to its original position. Open
it up, and enjoy your meal!
TIP: You can pre-bake of preheat (microwave) the apple slices so that they are even more
smooth.
2. Apple pie
Ingredients: 2 packs of ready for use puff pastry, 2-3 apples, egg yolk, brown sugar, cinnamon
and icing sugar
Preparation: peel the apples and slice them into little cubes. Put them in a pyrex bowl and mix
with 2-3 ts of brown sugar. Then add a little cinnamon. Plug in the appliance and place the first
pack of puff pastry in the lower baking plate. Fill up with apple cubes and cover with the second
pack of puff pastry. Spread some egg yolk for for a nice browned colour. Close the appliance and
let bake for about 3 minutes. Then turn the appliance and let bake for another 1,5 minutes. Then
turn the appliance back to its original position. Open it up, and enjoy your meal!

3. Macaroni au gratin with ham and cheese
Ingredients: small macaroni (100 gr), gratin cheese, ham, salt and pepper
Preparation: boil the macaroni according to the instructions on the packaging. Slice the ham into
little cubes. Plug in the appliance, first put the gratin cheese on the lower backing plate and then
add the macaroni, ham cubes. Season with some salt and pepper and then add some more gratin
cheese. Let it bake during about 1 minute, then turn the appliance and let it back for another
minute. Then turn the appliance back to its original position. Open it up, and enjoy your meal!
4. Omelette pie
Ingredients: 150 gr of ham (cubes), 5 eggs, 5 table spoons of cream, 300 gr of cream cheese, 3
table spoons of chives, 50 gr of grated cheese
Preparation: Beat the eggs with the cream and some pepper. Then bake 4 thin omelettes. Mix the
cream cheese with the ham and chives. Butter a dish and put in 1 omelette. Add 1/3 of the cream
cheese mixture. Make 2 other layers in the same way. Cover the omelette pie with the last
omelette and add the grated cheese. Finally, place the omelette pie in the oven for 20 minutes at
200°.
5. Spinach omelette
Ingredients: 75 gr of bacon, 150 gr of spinach, 6 eggs, 3 garlic cloves, 125 ml of cream, oregano
Preparation: Bake the bacon in the lower baking plate until it is crispy, then crumble it. Beat the
eggs with salt and pepper, and add the spinach and pressed garlic. Then add the crumbled bacon
and oregano and mix it with the cream. Pour the mixture in the buttered Omelette Maker. Close
the appliance, let the pancake bake during 1,5 minutes, then turn the appliance and let bake for
another minute. Turn the appliance back to its original position. Open it up, and enjoy your
meal!
Tip: Instead of bacon, you can also use smoked salmon.
