8. GEWÄHRLEISTUNGSBEDINGUNGEN

Die Gewährleistung beginnt am Ankaufstag und dauert 2 Jahre.

Abdeckung durch Gewährleistung:

 Die Gewährleistung deckt kostenfreie Reparatur und/oder Ersatz aller Teile, die von unserer technischen

Abteilung als Konstruktions-, Material oder Fabrikationsfehler anerkannt werden.

 Die Gewährleistung gilt nur für den Erstkäufer.

 Die Portokosten für den Hin- und Rückversand gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.

 Die Gewährleistung gilt nur nach Vorlage des Kaufbelegs (keine Kopie).

Die Gewährleistung entfällt automatisch bei:

 Falschem Anschluss, z.B. übermäßig starken Netzspannungs-Schwankungen.

 Nicht normaler oder zweckwidriger Nutzung oder Behandlung, sowie professioneller Nutzung.

 Fehlender oder missbräuchlicher Pflege.

 Geräten, die van Personen, die von uns als Hersteller nicht autorisiert sind, geändert oder repariert wurden.

 Geräten, deren Kennnummern beseitigt oder geändert wurden

 Bei Nicht-Befolgung der Instruktionen der Gebrauchsanweisung.

9. UMWELTSCHUTZ

Geben Sie das Gerät am Ende der Lebensdauer nicht in den normalen Hausmüll. Bringen Sie es zum

Recycling zu einer offiziellen Sammelstelle. Auf diese Weise tragen Sie zum Umweltschutz bei.

10. HAFTPFLICHTEN

Alle Haftpflichten, hinsichtlich Verbraucher und Personen, die sich ergeben könnten aus das nicht Nachkommen

aller in dieser Gebrauchsanweisung vorgeschriebenen Sicherheitsvorschriften, können keinesfalls zu Lasten des

Fabrikanten gehen. Bei Nicht-Befolgung dieser Sicherheitsvorschriften, schützt der Benutzer des Geräts, oder

andere Personen, die diesen Sicherheitsvorschriften nicht nachgekommen sind, den Fabrikanten gegen alle

Haftpflichten, die Ihm zu Lasten gelegt werden können.
