Het immobilisatiesysteem is een
diefstalbeveiligingssysteem dat voorkomt
dat iemand de motor van uw auto met een
onjuist gecodeerde sleutel kan starten.
GECODEERDE SLEUTELS
N.B.: Dek uw sleutels niet met metalen
voorwerpen af. Hierdoor kan de ontvanger
uw sleutel niet herkennen als geldige sleutel.
N.B.: Wanneer u een sleutel bent verloren,
laat dan de code bij al uw overige sleutels
wissen. Raadpleeg uw dealer voor meer
informatie. Laat de vervangingssleutels
samen met uw overige sleutels opnieuw
coderen.
Wanneer u een sleutel verliest, kunt u bij
uw Ford dealer een vervangingssleutel
verkrijgen. Geef, indien mogelijk, uw dealer
het sleutelnummer door, dat op het plaatje
staat dat met de originele sleutels is
geleverd. U kunt ook extra sleutels bij uw
Ford dealer verkrijgen.

INSCHAKELEN
Korte tijd nadat u het contact hebt afgezet
wordt het immobilisatiesysteem
automatisch ingeschakeld.
IMMOBILISATIESYSTEEM
UITSCHAKELEN
Het immobilisatiesysteem wordt
automatisch uitgeschakeld bij het met een
correct gecodeerde sleutel aanzetten van
het contact.
Wanneer het bericht Immobiliser active
op het informatiedisplay verschijnt, is uw
sleutel niet herkend. Neem de sleutel uit
het slot en probeer het nogmaals.
Wanneer u de motor met een correct
gecodeerde sleutel niet kunt starten, duidt
dit op een storing. Het bericht Immobiliser
active verschijnt bij het aanzetten van het
contact op het informatiedisplay. Laat het
immobilisatiesysteem onmiddellijk
controleren.
