Hartslagmeting:
De hartslagwaarde op het display geeft uw huidige hartslag in aantal slagen per minuut weer. U
moet beide sensoren in de handvaten vast houden om u hartslag zichtbaar te maken.
Calorieën:
Op het display word aangegeven hoeveel calorieën u op elk moment van de training heeft
verbrand. Dit is echter een ruwe weergave dat gebruikt kan worden om de verschillende
trainingen te vergelijken. Het kan niet voor medische doeleinden gebruikt worden

Deze loopband is voorzien van een MP3 aansluiting. Sluit de MP3 speler aan op het display
met de daarbij geleverde kabel, en u kunt genieten van de muziek terwijl u rent.
U kunt het volume aanpassen met de ‘↑’and ‘↓’op het display.
Programma’s:
Deze loopband heeft 24 voorgeprogrammeerde programma’s: bij de eerste 12 programma’s
veranderd alleen de snelheid en bij de laatste 12 programma’s veranderen de snelheid en
de hellingshoek. Wees voorzichtig met de laatste 12 programma’s.
Kinderen onder de 16 kunnen de laatste 12 programma’s beter niet gebruiken.
Elk voorgeprogrammeerd programma heeft een maximum snelheidslevel dat word aangegeven
op het display als een programma is gekozen. De snelheid dat een bepaald programma kan
bereiken zal worden weergegeven in het scherm van de snelheid. Elk programma heeft
snelheidsveranderingen gedurende het programma.
