Handleiding iConsole +

Hieronder zal de werking van de applicatie besproken worden.

De iConsole+ applicatie heeft 4 menu’s:

1. Training Alle beschikbare trainingen

2. Gym center Alle extra aangekochte toevoegingen

3. Setting In te stellen waarden en profiel

4. Information Trainingshistorie

1. Setting menu

Om optimaal gebruik te kunnen maken van de iConsole+ applicatie dient u eerst alle instellingen in te

voeren in het SETTING menu. Als eerste kunt u een maatsysteem kiezen, namelijk een metrisch

maatsysteem (METRIC) of een Brits maatsysteem (IMPERIAL). Maakt deze keuze door het balkje op te

schuiven.

Druk vervolgens op MY PROFILE, hier kunt u al uw persoonlijke gegevens invoeren. Deze gegevens

worden gebruikt voor de trainingsprogramma’s en voor het opslaan van de trainingen in het

INFORMATION menu. Eerst dient u een account te maken. Dit doet u door op LOG IN te drukken en

daarna op CREATE AN ACCOUNT. Vul bij ACCOUNT een emailadres in en bij PASSWORD een eigen

wachtwoord. Dit wachtwoord vult u nogmaals in bij CONFIRM PASSWORD. Druk vervolgens op SIGN

UP. Wanneer dit gelukt is krijgt u een melding met SUCCESFULLY SIGNED UP. U krijgt dan een email

toegestuurd met een link erin, hiermee kunt u uw account bevestigen.
