Aanspraken op basis van deze garantie kunnen vervolgens uitsluitend
door overhandiging of toezending van het product aan Fabrikant worden
geclaimd. Voorwaarde voor de garantie-aanspraak is verder het overleggen
van de originele factuur met aankoopdatum. De kosten voor het opsturen
en terugsturen van het product komen voor rekening van Fabrikant. Heeft
Fabrikant of heeft de leverancier aan Klant voor het opsturen een bepaalde
expediteur genoemd en maakt Klant desondanks gebruik van een ander
transportbedrijf, dan dient Klant de hierdoor eventueel ontstane meerkosten
te dragen.
Deze garantie geldt in de hierboven genoemde omvang en onder
bovengenoemde voorwaarden, inclusief het overleggen van de
aankoopbon, ook in geval van het doorverkopen voor elke latere, in het
Geograsche toepassingsgebied van deze garantie wonende/gevestigde
toekomstige eigenaar van het product.
Op deze garantie is het recht van de Bondsrepubliek Duitsland, van
toepassing, voor zover en indien dit niet in strijd is met dwingende
consumentenrechtsbepalingen in het land van de betreffende klant.
