Let op: deze gegevens zijn indicaties.
Trainen vanuit uw hartslag. Bepaal vooraf uw doel. De voorgeprogrammeerde
trainingsdoelen zijn trainen op 55%, 75%, of 90% van uw maximale hartslag. Vul
uw gegevens in om ervoor te zorgen dat uw gewenste hartslag doelstelling correct
is ingesteld. De PULSE aanduiding knippert wanneer u het hartslagdoel bereikt
hebt op basis van het gekozen programma.

75% -- Gezondheidsprogramma
90% -- Sportprogramma
Doel -- Persoonlijke trainingsdoelstelling
2.4 RACE
In dit programma kunt u roeien in race-vorm. De tegenstander is in dit geval de
computer, waar u tegen zou racen. Door middel van de UP en DOWN toets kunt u
de RACE mode selecteren, waarna u deze bevestigt met ENTER. Ook kunt u
door middel van de UP en DOWN toetsen het aantal slagen per minuut, de
afstand en het weerstandsniveau bepalen. Nadat deze gegevens zijn ingevuld
kunt u op de START/STOP knop drukken om de race te starten. Tijdens de race
kunt u de weerstand verstellen naar uw gewenste niveau.
2.5 USER
Binnen deze mogelijkheid kunt u uw eigen persoonlijke programma invoeren.
Wanneer u deze mogelijkheid zult selecteren zal de eerste regel van de
weerstanden knipperen, deze kunt u naar uw gewenste niveau instellen met de
UP en DOWN knop. Om door te gaan naar de tweede regel van de weerstanden
gebruikt u de MODE knop. Zodra u alle 16 weerstandsregels ingesteld heeft, kunt
u uw programma bevestigen met de ENTER knop. Om de workout te starten drukt
u op START en zullen uw gegevens op beginnen te lopen.
