De roeicomputer maakt gebruik van de superscherpe STN LCD technologie en is daarmee afleesbaar tot een afstand van maar liefst 2 meter.
Auto power on:
De roeicomputer van de R100 wordt automatisch ingeschakeld wanneer het toestel in gebruik wordt genomen, of als er op een willekeurige
knop van de display wordt gedrukt.
Auto Power off:
De roeicomputer van de R100 wordt automatisch uitgeschakeld wanneer de roeitrainer niet wordt gebruikt. Na exact 4 minuten wordt het LCD
display uitgeschakeld maar de roeigegevens nog wel bewaard (power down stage one). Na 10 minuten niet gebruikt te zijn wordt vervolgens de
gehele stroom voorziening uitgeschakeld (power down stage two).
Automatisch opstarten naar manual:
(Vanuit stage two power down) start de roeier automatisch het manuele programma op wanneer u begint te roeien.
Programma Select
Er zijn in totaal 15 programma’s waaruit u kunt kiezen, deze programma’s zijn allemaal ook nog eens op drie verschillende niveau’s instelbaar.
Programma menu: roteer de select toets om uit de 11 verschillende programma’s te kiezen. Profielen: druk op de toets. Selecteer één van de
profielen uit de vier mogelijke opties.
Recovery program: Druk op de recovery toets om het herstel programma te activeren. Dit programma meet direct uw fitness level.
P1 Manueel Programma
Het manuele programma is een simpel programma dat een recht profiel heeft en is op level 6. Tijdens uw training kunt u de weerstand levels
aanpassen door aan de select knop te draaien.
P2 en P3 Voorgeprogrammeerde Programma’s:
De computer zal de trainingsweerstand automatisch aanpassen aan de hand van het geselecteerde trainingsprogramma. Deze weerstand kunt
u gedurende de training met de select knop bijstellen. Door de P7 profielen zijn er vier extra trainingsprofielen mogelijk.
P4 Race Programma:
Dit is de meest bekende trainingsvorm van alle trainingsprogramma’s. De pacer zorgt ervoor dat u een gemakkelijke constante snelheid kunt
volhouden. Ook kunt u met deze functie een wedstrijd roeien tegen de computer. Normaal gesproken is de pacer ingesteld op niveau één, maar
