1 Anschlagsystem

Ein richtig eingestellter Anschlag ist eine wichtige

Voraussetzung für ein sicheres Arbeiten mit der

Säge. Durch seine Verstellbarkeit ist der Winkel-

rastanschlag Basis WRA 500 als Queranschlag,

Längsanschlag oder Anschlag für Schrägschnitte

einsetzbar.

Achtung: Vergewissern Sie sich vor Arbeitsbe-

ginn, dass sämtliche Drehknöpfe des Winkelrast-

anschlages festgezogen sind. Der Winkelrastan-

schlag Basis WRA 500 kann, wie in Abb. 1 dar-

gestellt, auf allen vier Seiten des Sägetisches mon-

tiert werden. Er wird mit den zwei Drehknöpfen (1.2)

an der gewünschten Stelle festgespannt.

Nach Öffnen des Drehknopfes (1.1) läßt sich die

gesamte Winkeleinheit in Querrichtung verstellen.

2 Verschieben der Anschlagschiene

Nach Lösen des Drehknopfes (2.3) kann die An-

schlagschiene (2.4) auf der Winkeleinheit verscho-

ben werden, und wahlweise mit hoher (Abb. 2) oder

niedriger Führungsfläche (Abb. 3) aufgespannt

werden.

Stellen Sie für Quer- und Schrägschnitte die An-

schlagschiene so ein, dass der Abstand zum Sä-

geblatt max. 10 mm beträgt.

3 Winkelverstellung für Schrägschnitte

Nach Öffnen des Drehknopfes (2.2) und Ziehen des

Fixierstiftes (2.1) können beliebige Winkelstel-

lungen zwischen - 90° und + 90° eingestellt wer-

den. Die gebräuchlichen Winkelstellungen sind mit

dem Fixierstift rastbar.

4 Längsanschlag

Für Längsschnitte ist der Winkelrastanschlag

Basis WRA 500 / Längsanschlag Basis LA 650

entsprechend Abb. 3 / Abb. 4 zu montieren.

Achten Sie darauf, dass sich der Abstand zwischen

Anschlagschiene und Sägeblatt nach hinten hin

nicht verringert. Ansonsten besteht die Gefahr,

dass abgeschnittene Werkstückteile zwischen Sä-

geblatt und Anschlagschiene eingeklemmt werden.

Beim Längssägen von Werkstücken, die schmä-

ler als 120 mm sind, ist die Anschlagschiene auf

die niedrige Führung einzustellen, und der Schiebe-

stock (3.1) zu verwenden.

1 Limit stop system

A correctly set limit stop is an important

precondition for safe working with the saw.

The versatile Basis WRA 500 mitre fence can be

used as a crosscut fence, rip fence or fence for

bevelled cuts.

Warning: make sure that all rotary knobs on the

mitre fence are tight before starting work.

The Basis WRA 530 mitre fence can be mounted

on all four sides of the saw table as shown in

illustration 1.

It is clamped in place with the two rotary knobs (1.2).

The complete angle unit can be moved in a

crosswise direction after releasing the rotary knob

(1.1).

2 Moving the mitre fence

After the rotary knob (2.3) has been released the

mitre fence (2.4) can be shifted along the angle unit

and optionally clamped with a higher (Fig. 2) or

lower guide surface (Fig. 3).

Adjust the mitre fence for cross and longitudinal cuts

so that the max. gap to the saw blade is 10 mm..

3 Angular adjustment for bevelled cuts

After releasing the rotary knob (2.2) and pulling out

the locking pin (2.1) any angle can be set between

- 90° and + 90°.

The locking pin can be notched in place for common

angle settings.

4 Rip fence

Fit the Basis WRA 530 mitre fence / Basis

LA 650 rip fence as shown in Fig. 3 / Fig. 4 for

longitudinal cuts.

Make sure that the gap between the stop rail and

saw blade does not diminish towards the back.

Otherwise there is a risk that that cut-off parts of

the workpiece may become jammed between the

saw blade and stop rail.

Set the stop rail to the lower setting and use the

push stick (3.1) when sawing workpieces narrower

than 120 mm.
