máquina). La plastificación en frío es el ajuste de función predetermi-
nado al conectar la alimentación.
Seleccione la función en caliente "HOT". La temperatura se selecciona-
rá automáticamente a 90 °C. Los canutillos empezarán a girar cuando
la temperatura se encuentre por encima de 60 °C.
Cuando se encienda la luz "READY" (listo), la máquina estará lista
para empezar a plastificar.
Seleccione la velocidad de motor que mejor se adapte al grosor de
bolsa (consulte el gráfico de la maquina). Por ejemplo: Bolsa de 80
micrones = velocidad de motor 5 / 90 °C. La máquina seleccionará
automáticamente la temperatura de plastificado óptima. También
se pueden ajustar las temperaturas de plastificado manualmente si
resulta necesario.
Asegurarse de que la máquina está sobre una superficie estable.
Comprobar que haya suficiente espacio libre (mín. 50 cm) detrás de la
máquina para que los objetos pasen libremente.
Seleccione el cable eléctrico correcto para el suministro eléctrico
adecuado. Ajuste el cable a la máquina (el enchufe se encuentra en la
parte posterior de la máquina).
Enchufe la máquina a una toma de red de fácil acceso. Conectar el
suministro de red.
Asegúrese que se ha montado correctamente la "placa de refriger-
ación" con el gráfico "Top Side" (cara superior) visible.

Desconecte la máquina de la toma de la pared. Deje que la máquina se enfríe. El exterior de la máquina puede limpiarse con un trapo húmedo. No utilice
disolventes o materiales inflamables para pulir la máquina. Pueden utilizarse toallitas limpiadoras en la máquina. Cuando la máquina esté caliente, pase
las toallitas por la máquina para limpiar los residuos de los rodillos. Para un rendimiento óptimo, se recomienda el uso regular de toallitas limpiadoras en la
máquina.
ALMACENAMIENTO Y LIMPIEZA

Seleccione la función "COLD" (frío). Espere que la temperatura del
canutillo caiga por debajo de los 30 °C.

Para conservar los canutillos, no desconecte la máquina cuando esté caliente.
PASOS PARA PLASTIFICAR EN CALIENTE
Seleccione la función en frío "COLD". La máquina ajustará la tempera-
tura a 0 °C y la velocidad de motor a "2" automáticamente. Cuando la
temperatura del canutillo haya descendido por debajo de los 60 °C, los
canutillos se detendrán automáticamente.
Desconecte la alimentación mediante el interruptor de la parte poste-
rior de la máquina.
Desenchufe el cable eléctrico.

SUSTITUIR EL FUSIBLE
Esta máquina está equipada con un fusible situado entre el interruptor de la corriente y la toma de red que
se encuentra en la parte posterior. Para sustituir el fusible:
• Aísle la máquina del suministro de red.
• Abra el soporte de los fusibles con la cabeza de un destornillador.
• Coloque un nuevo fusible en el soporte y vuelva a colocar el soporte en la máquina.
