GARANŢIE LIMITATĂ PENTRU PRODUS

Garanţie limitată: Fellowes, Inc. („Fellowes”) garantează că piesele aparatului nu conţin defecte

materiale sau de execuţie și asigură service și asistenţă timp de 2 ani începând de la data

achiziţionării de către consumatorul iniţial. Fellowes garantează că lamele de tăiat ale aparatului

nu conţin defecte materiale sau de execuţie pe o durată de 5 ani începând de la data achiziţionării

de către consumatorul iniţial. Dacă se constată că vreo piesă este defectă pe durata perioadei

de garanţie, compensaţia dvs. unică și exclusivă va fi reparaţia sau înlocuirea piesei defecte,

la alegerea și pe cheltuiala Fellowes. Această garanţie nu se aplică în caz de abuz, utilizare

necorespunzătoare, nerespectarea standardelor de utilizare a produsului, operarea aparatului

folosind o sursă de alimentare necorespunzătoare (alta decât cea men

ţionată pe etichetă) sau

o lucrare de reparaţie neautorizată. Fellowes își rezervă dreptul de a percepe consumatorilor

costurile suplimentare înregistrate de Fellowes pentru asigurarea de piese sau servicii în afara

ţării unde se vinde iniţial aparatul de către un revânzător autorizat. ORICE GARANŢIE IMPLICITĂ,

INCLUSIV CEA DE VANDABILITATE SAU POTRIVIRE PENTRU UN ANUMIT SCOP, ESTE LIMITATĂ PRIN
