Utilisez un plat convenant aux micro-ondes et résistant à la chaleur, de préférence en terre cuite
(moins de projections que dans un plat en verre).
Lorsque cela est possible, faites cuire les rôtis sans barde afin d’éviter fumée et projections de graisse.
Après la cuisson, assaisonnez le rôti, enveloppez-le dans du papier aluminium et laissez-le ainsi pen-
dant 10 minutes. Le rôti sera plus moelleux.

Réglez le temps de programmation à l’aide des touches - / +, par
exemple 1 minute. Validez en appuyant sur . L’afficheur indique
à nouveau l’heure mais le compte à rebours commence.
