Toepassingsgebied
Onze garantie geldt voor apparaten, die in een EU-land zijn gekocht en die
in de Bondsrepubliek Duitsland of Oostenrijk in gebruik worden genomen.
Voor apparaten die in een EU-land zijn gekocht en naar een ander EU-land
worden overgebracht, worden diensten in het kader van de respectieve
nationale garantievoorwaarden uitgevoerd. Een verplichting tot het
uitvoeren van de garantie bestaat alleen dan, wanneer het apparaat
voldoet aan de technische voorschriften van het land, waarin de garantie-
aanspraak wordt gebruikt.
Voor reparatie-opdrachten buiten de garantieperiode geldt:
Als een apparaat wordt gerepareerd, dan moeten alle reparatiefacturen
direct en zonder korting worden betaald.
Als een apparaat wordt gecontroleerd of een begonnen reparatie niet
voltooid, dan worden reis- en arbeidskosten in rekening gebracht. Het
advies door ons klantadviescentrum is gratis.
