8. Nach dem Backen das Gerät offen stehen
lassen und den Stecker abziehen. Das
Waffeleisen vollständig abkühlen lassen,
bevor Sie Krümel von den Platten
abbürsten und sie mit einem trockenen
Tuch abwischen. Niemals Wasser mit
Reinigungsmitteln o.ä. benutzen.
WAFFELREZEPTE:
Vanillewaffeln
150 g Butter oder Margarine
200 g Zucker
4 Eier
Vanillezucker
1/2 TL Salz
250 g Weizenmehl
1 TL Backpulver
1-2 EL Milch oder Schlagsahne
Butter, Zucker, Eier, Vanillezucker, Salz, Mehl
und Backpulver gut verrühren. Sahne oder
Milch zuletzt hinzugeben.
Etwas Zucker als Verzierung auf die Waffeln
streuen.
Käsewaffeln
200 g Butter oder Margarine
4 Eier
1/2 TL Salz
200 g Mehl
1/2 TL Backpulver
50 ml lauwarmes Wasser
2 EL geriebenen Käse
Paprika
Butter, Eier und Salz gut verrühren.
Abwechselnd
Backpulver, Mehl und lauwarmes Wasser
hinzugeben. Zuletzt den geriebenen Käse
zugeben und mit Paprika abschmecken.
Kekswaffeln
5 Eigelbe
5 EL warmes Wasser
100 g Zucker
geriebene Zitronenschale
150 g Mehl
1/2 TL Backpulver
1 EL Rum
5 steifgeschlagene Eiweiße
Verzierung: Streuzucker
Eigelbe, Wasser, Zucker und Zitronenschale
zu einem Schaum schlagen. Backpulver, Mehl
und Rum und zuletzt das steifgeschlagene
Eiweiß hinzugeben. Die Waffeln sofort backen.
Apfelwaffeln
150 g Butter oder Margarine
200 g Zucker
4 Eier
1/2 TL Salz
250 g Mehl
1 TL Backpulver
1 TL Zimt
1 Prise Nelken
2 geriebene Äpfel
Verzierung: Streuzucker
Sämtliche Zutaten gründlich vermischen.
Kuchenwaffeln
200 g Butter oder Margarine
165 g Zucker
4 Eier
350 g Mehl
Vanillezucker
3 EL Backpulver
ca. 100 ml Wasser
Zucker und Eier schlagen, die übrigen Zutaten
hinzugeben. Der Teig muß dick sein.
