OPSKRIFTER PÅ VAFLER:
Vanillevafler
150 g smør el margarine
200 g sukker
4 æg
Vanillesukker
1/2 tsk salt
250 g hvedemel
1 tsk bagepulver
1-2 spsk mælk ell. piskefløde
Bland smør, sukker, æg, vanillesukker, salt,
mel og bagepulver sammen. Rør godt, tilsæt
fløden eller mælken til sidst sukker efter
behag drysses over som pynt.
Ostevafler
200 g smør eller margarine
4 æg
1/2 tsk salt
200 g mel
1/2 tsk bagepulver
1/2 dl lunkent vand
2 spsk reven ost
Paprika
Rør smør, æg og salt godt sammen. Kom
skiftevis bagepulver, mel og lunkent vand i.
Tilsæt til sidst reven ost og smag til med
paprika.
Kiksvafler:
5 æggeblommer
5 spsk varmt vand
1oo g sukker
reven citron
150 g mel
1/2 tsk bagepulver
1 spsk rom
5 stiftpiskede æggehvider
Pynt: melis
Pisk æggeblommer, vand sukker og citronskal
til skum. Tilsæt bagepulver, mel og rom og
til sidst de stiftpiskede æggehvider. Bag
vaflerne med det samme.
Æblevafler
150 g smør eller margarine
200 g sukker
4 æg
1/2 tsk salt
250 g mel
1 tsk bagepulver
1 tsk kanel
1 knivspids nellike
2 revne æbler
Pynt: melis
Alle ingredienser blandes grundigt.
Kagevafler
200 g smør eller margarine
165 g sukker
4 æg
350 g mel
Vanillesukker
3 spsk bagepulver
Ca. 1 dl. Vand
Pisk sukker og æg, tilsæt de øvrige
ingredienser.
Dejen skal være tyk.
7. Åbn forsigtig vaffeljernet. Løsn forsigtig
vaflen med en varmebestandig plastpalet
eller træpalet. Brug ALDRIG metal
redskaber såsom kniv, gaffel, ske eller
metalpalet til at løsne vaflen med,
da dette kan skade belægningen på
varmepladerne. Hvis der har
ret anvendt metalredskaber på
vaffeljernet, bortfalder garantien.
8. Når De er færdig med at bage, lader De
vaffeljernet stå åbent og tager stikket ud
af stikkontakten. Lad vaffeljernet køle helt
af, før De børster krummerne fra pladerne
og rengør den med en tør klud. Brug
aldrig vand med rengøringsmidler eller
lignende.
