1. IDENTIFICATIE
Uw Click & Go is voorzien van een uniek identificatie nummer. U kunt dit nummer terug vinden onder de accu van
uw Click & Go. Hieronder vind u een voorbeeld van het framelabel waarop u het identificatienummer kunt vinden.
Verder vind u de uitleg van de verschillende gegevens die op het framelabel vermeld staan.
1. Productie datum De datum waarop uw Click & Go is gefabriceerd.
2. Serie nummer Iedere Click & Go heeft zijn eigen uniek serienummer. U dient dit nummer bij de
hand te hebben als u technische vragen heeft of onderdelen wilt bestellen voor uw
Click & Go.
3. Maximum gewicht Het maximaal toelaatbare gebruikers gewicht (hou rekening met het gewicht van uw
rolstoel) voor uw Click & Go.
4. Type nummer Dit nummer geeft aan welke type Click & Go u heeft. U dient dit nummer bij de
hand te houden als u technische vragen heeft of onderdelen wilt bestellen voor uw
Click & Go.
5. Modelnaam De modelnaam van uw Click & Go begint met de merknaam Excel. De merknaam
Excel en een aanvullende model beschrijving vormen de modelnaam van uw Click &
Go. Wanneer u vragen heeft of meer informatie wilt over uw Click & Go is het
belangrijk dat u de aanvullende modelbeschrijving van uw Click & Go bij de hand
heeft.
6. Gebruikstoepassing Waar u uw Click & Go kunt gebruiken.
7. Garantie Hier wordt de garantietermijn op uw Click & Go weergegeven. Zie hoofdstuk 6
Garantie voor de uitgebreide garantievoorwaarden.
Naast het framelabel van Van Os Medical B.V., kan het zijn dat op uw rolstoel ook andere labels zitten. Dit kan een
label van uw dealer zijn of een label met een verstrekkingsnummer van uw gemeente. Deze zijn echter voor het
gebruik van deze handleiding niet van belang.
