Fill the marmalade into glass jars and close them
well.
25. BERRY JAM
Thawed deep-frozen berries
2:1 jellifying sugar 500g
Lemon juice 1tbsp

Peeled and thinly diced lemons 100g

Peel the oranges and lemons and cut them into
pieces.
Add the sugar and mix all the ingredients in the
container.
