GARANTIE
De fabrikant garandeert deze hogedrukreiniger voor huishoudelijk gebruik
voor een periode van twee jaar. Wanneer u een apparaat aanbiedt voor
reparatie onder garantie, dient u de aankoopnota daarbij te overleggen.
Garantiereparaties worden onder de volgende voorwaarden uitgevoerd:
• Het defect is toe te schrijven aan fouten, defecten of onvolkomenheden
in de gebruikte materialen of de constructie. Normale slijtage en
misbruik vallen niet onder de garantie.
• Alle in deze gebruiksaanwijzing vermelde instructies zijn in acht
genomen.
• Evt. reparaties zijn uitgevoerd door gekwalificeerde servicemonteurs.
• Er zijn uitsluitend originele onderdelen gebruikt.
• De reiniger is niet gevallen, hard gestoten of op andere wijze aan
geweld, misbruik of vorst onderworpen geweest.
• Er is geen vervuild water in gebruikt
• De reiniger is niet verhuurd of op andere wijze commercieel aangewend
geweest.
Bij reparaties onder garantie worden evt. te vervangen onderdelen en
arbeid niet in rekening gebracht. Verpakkings- en verzendkosten vallen in
principe niet onder de garantie en landelijke wetgeving wordt in acht
genomen. Bied uw reiniger aan bij uw leverancier met een duidelijke
beschrijving van de klacht. Voor een reparatie buiten de garantie gaat u op
gelijke wijze te werk, met dien verstande dat arbeid en onderdelen dan
worden doorberekend.
