Belangrijk: Lees deze instructies zorgvuldig voor u de heater in elkaar zet en in
gebruik neemt, en volg ze na. Het niet opvolgen van de veiligheidsinstructies kan
leiden tot ernstig persoonlijk letsel of zelfs de dood, en/of schade aan de heater. Bij
gebruik van de heater dienen altijd basale veiligheidsmaatregelen in acht te worden
genomen om het gevaar van brand, elektrische schok, ontploffing, brandwonden,
koolmonoxidevergiftiging, verstikking, persoonlijk letsel en/of schade aan de heater
te voorkomen. Volg alle plaatselijk geldende voorschriften en codes wanneer u de
kachel gebruikt.
Bewaar de instructies om ze in de toekomst nogmaals te kunnen raadplegen.
Dit apparaat is een petroleum/diesel heteluchtkanon met directe verbranding en
geforceerde luchtaanvoer. Het is bedoeld voor tijdelijke verwarming van bijvoorbeeld
gebouwen in aanbouw of renovatie enz.
Directe verbranding betekent dat alle verbrandingsproducten in de te verwarmen
ruimte terechtkomen. Hoewel de verbranding nagenoeg compleet is, wordt er toch
een kleine hoeveelheid van het giftige koolmonoxide voortgebracht, zie
‘Veiligheidsinstructies’.
Geforceerde luchtaanvoer betekent dat een ventilator de lucht door de heater duwt.
Goede verbranding is afhankelijk van de luchtstroom. Daarom mogen er nooit
wijzigingen aan het apparaat worden aangebracht, onderdelen worden verwijderd of
veiligheidsvoorzieningen buiten werking worden gesteld.
De gebruiker van het apparaat is er verantwoordelijk voor dat alle aanwezigen op de
hoogte zijn van de veiligheidsvoorschriften.
