10.1. MÜNZENGERÄT
Münzengerät, Typ EMP 500.12 v4.
In eine Waschmaschine kann lediglich ein Münzengerät laut Spezifikation des Waschmaschinenherstellers
verwendet werden.
Grund: Das Münzengerät ist auf Münzenwerte und Ausgangsimpulslängen, spezifisch für den Betrieb mit einem
Programmator, voreingestellt.
Das Münzengerät besitzt 2 Ausgangssignale.
Signal 1 (oberer Leiter) entspricht der ersten Münzengruppe.
Signal 2 (unterer Leiter) entspricht der zweiten Münzengruppe.
Das Münzengerät nimmt Münzen nur dann an, falls es mit richtiger Stromzuleitung arbeitet.
Das Münzengerät kann mittels 16 Umschalter korrigiert werden.
Sämtliche Umschalter sind voreingestellt in die Position Off (Aus). (untere Position).
Es ist möglich, eine Münzengruppe zu sperren.
Umschalter 14 = On (Ein), Münzengruppe 1 ist gesperrt.
Umschalter 13 = On (Ein), Münzengruppe 2 ist gesperrt.
Das Münzengerät ist in der Lage, Münzen anzunehmen oder zu sperren. Falls das Münzengerät ungültige
Münzen annimmt (Auslandsmünzen), kann die Toleranz verengt werden. Gültige Münzen können ab und zu
abgelehnt werden, aber der Kunde bekommt sie zurück.
Beispiel:
Umschalter für breite Toleranz = On: es ist die mittlere "Medium"-Toleranz ausgewählt.
Vollständige Münzensperrung: Umschalter "Wide" (breit), "Medium" (mittel) & "Narrow" (eng) Toleranz = On.
