Er bevindt zich een voorwerp tussen de Easy Interactive Pen en de
projector die het signaal blokkeert.
Verplaats het voorwerp. Zorg er ook voor dat u zelf niet voor het signaal gaat staan wanneer u zich voor het
projectieoppervlak bevindt.
De batterijspanning is te laag.Vervang de batterijen.
Het omgevingslicht is te fel.Zorg ervoor dat er geen fel licht op het projectieoppervlak of de Ontvanger voor Easy Interactive Function schijnt.
De projector en de computer zijn niet aangesloten.Controleer of de projector en de computer goed zijn aangesloten.
Er verschijnen geen knipperende beeldpunten, zelfs niet nadat kalibratie is gestart.

Het computerscherm wordt opnieuw weergegeven.Sluit alle toepassingen af, zoals Flash animaties die het scherm opnieuw weergeven, en start daarna Easy Interactive
Function opnieuw op.
De beeldpunten worden niet weergegeven als de computer de
projector niet kan detecteren.
Controleer of de projector en de computer goed zijn aangesloten en start daarna de Easy Interactive Function opnieuw
op.
De beeldpunten wijzigen niet vanknipperend naar continu brandend.
ControleerOplossing
De informatie van het projectieoppervlak kan niet goed ontvangen
worden omdat er een andere lichtbron in de buurt is.
Verplaats de lichtbron uit de buurt van de projector of installeer de projector ergens anders.
De informatie van het projectoroppervlak kan niet goed ontvangen
worden als de projector zich te dicht bij het projectieoppervlak
bevindt.
Controleer de installatiepositie van de projector.
