40 g sira parmezana
1 žlica maslina „taggiasche“ bez koštica, Le
Stelle
ektradjevièanskog maslinovog ulja po želji,
Frantoio la Rocca
soli, papra po želji, Don Jerez

Operite rajèice, presijecite ih na pola i uz pomoć
oštrog nožića uklonite pulpu i ostavite je sa stra-
ne. Posolite unutrašnjost rajèica i rasporedite ih
naopako tako da puste vodu.
U međuvremenu pripremite smjesu za gratinira-
nje. U mikser stavite pulpu rajèica, kruh, ružma-
rin, timijan, bosiljak, èešanj èešnjaka, parmezan
sir, masline, sol i papar. Miksajte sve zajedno dok
ne dobijete sitne mrvice. Zaèinite smjesu za gra-
tiniranje s 2 žlice ekstradjevièanskog maslinovog
ulja i promiješajte. Papirom za peèenje obložite
pleh, rasporedite rajèice i žlicom ih punite smje-
som za gratiniranje.
Pecite 30 minuta u prethodno zagrijanoj pećnici
na 180 °C.
