Säkerhetsåtgärder

Om sladden skadats måste den bytas ut av tillverkaren,

auktoriserad servicepersonal eller liknande kvalificerad

person för att undvika fara. Använd aldrig dammsugaren om

sladden är skadad. Skador på maskinens sladd omfattas inte av

dammsugarens serviceåtagande.

Den här apparaten är inte avsedd att användas av personer

(inklusive barn) med nedsatt fysisk, sensorisk eller mental

förmåga, eller bristande erfarenhet och kunskap, såvida de

inte har fått handledning eller instruktioner för hur apparaten

används av en person som ansvarar för deras säkerhet.

Barn måste passas så att de inte leker med apparaten.

Dra ut sladden ur eluttaget innan du rengör eller underhåller

enheten.

Använd aldrig dammsugaren:

• I våta utrymmen.

• I närhet av brandfarliga gaser eller liknande.

• När höljet visar tydliga tecken på skada.

• På vassa föremål.

• Varm eller kall aska, tända cigarettfimpar etc.

• På fint damm, till exempel från cement, betong, mjöl, varm

eller kall aska.

Att tänka på när det gäller elsladden

servicepersonal.

• Skador på maskinens sladd omfattas inte av dammsugarens

• Dra eller lyft aldrig dammsugaren i sladden.

• Dra alltid ur stickproppen från vägguttaget före underhåll

eller rengöring av dammsugaren.

• Kontrollera regelbundet att sladden är oskadad. Använd

aldrig dammsugaren om sladden är skadad. All service och

alla reparationer måste utföras av ett auktoriserat Electrolux-

servicecenter. Förvara alltid dammsugaren på en torr plats.

Om sladden skadats måste den bytas ut av tillverkaren,

Safety precautions

If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the

manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified person

in order to avoid a hazard. Never use the vacuum cleaner if

the cable is damaged. Damage to the machine’s cable is not

covered by the warranty.

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including

children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities,

or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have

been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the

appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play

with the appliance.

Please remove the plug from the socket outlet before cleaning

or maintaining the appliance.

Never use the vacuum cleaner:

• In wet areas.

• Close to flammable gases etc.

• When housing shows visible signs of damage.

• On sharp objects.

• On hot or cold cinders, lighted cigarette butts, etc.

• On fine dust, for instance from plaster, concrete, flour, hot or

cold ashes.

Using the vacuum cleaner in the above circumstances may

cause serious damage to its motor. Such damage is not

covered by the warranty. Never use the vacuum cleaner

without its filters.

Electrical cable precautions

• A damaged cable should only be replaced by an authorised

Electrolux service centre.

• Damage to the machine’s cable is not covered by the

warranty.

• Never pull or lift the vacuum cleaner by the cable.

• Disconnect the plug from the mains before cleaning or

maintenance of the vacuum cleaner.

• Regularly check that the cable is not damaged. Never use

the vacuum cleaner if the cable is damaged. All servicing

and repairs must be carried out by an authorised Electrolux

service centre. Be sure to keep the vacuum cleaner in a dry

place.If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced

by the manufacturer, its service agent or similary qualified

person in order to avoid a hazard.
