Prăjitură Melt’n’Mix
150 g făină cu ferment Pre-încălziţi cuptorul la 180 °C. Ungeţi o tavă rotundă
de prăjituri cu diametrul de 20 cm.
Adăugaţi toate ingredientele în blender. Amestecaţi la
Viteza de turaţie 2 timp de 50 de secunde sau până
când obţineţi un amestec omogen.
Întindeţi amestecul în tavă şi coaceţi timp de aproximativ
30-35 de minute, până când aluatul capătă o culoare
aurie.
Răciţi sau puneţi la rece, în funcţie de preferinţele
dvs..
140 g zahăr pudră
125 g unt sau
margarină, topite
2 ouă

vanilie
60 ml lapte
Băuturi/Cocktail-uri
Cafea cu gheaţă
2 linguri cafea instant
Dizolvaţi pudra de cafea în apa clocotită, apoi lăsaţi să se
răcească. Puneţi puţină apă în rezervor, apoi adăugaţi
gheaţă şi zdrobiţi la Viteza de turaţie 3. Amestecaţi toate
ingredientele, mai puţin crema, la Viteza de turaţie 1,
timp de 30-60 de secunde.
Bateţi crema timp de 40 de secunde. Turnaţi în pahare şi
adăugaţi cremă pe deasupra. Adăugaţi ciocolată caldă.

250 ml lapte

ceaţcă
gheaţă zdrobită
100 ml frişcă
Cocktail de ouă
250 ml lapte fierbinte Amestecaţi laptele, romul şi mierea la Viteza de turaţie
2 timp de 30-60 de secunde.
Adăugaţi oul şi amestecaţi la Viteza de turaţie 2 pentru
încă 20 de secunde.
Se adaugă nucşoară şi se serveşte.
