Montage wandmontagedoos
Gereedschappen en montage
Men heeft voor de montage de
volgende gereedschappen nodig.
• Boormachine
• Boorpunt 6 mm
• Schroevendraaier
Open de wandmontagedoos. Men
kan het onderdeel als sjabloon
gebruiken om de boorgaten af te
tekenen. Boor 6 mm gaten op de
afgetekende plaatsen. Met de
bijgeleverde pluggen en schroeven
kan men het onderdeel op zijn plaats
monteren. Sluit de benodigde kabels
van de sensoren, het net en de pomp
aan op de klemmen zoals in de
afbeelding hieronder.
Steek de regelaar op de daarvoor
bestemde steekranden. Daarna kan het
deksel op het onderdeel van de
wandmontagedoos worden
gemonteerd. Men moet ervoor zorgen
dat de electrische aansluitingen en de
trekontlasting op een nette manier
worden uitgevoerd.
Plaatsing sensoren
De collectorsensoren worden in de
toevoerleiding (hete kant) van de collector
gemonteerd.
Op zonneinstallaties kunnen zeer hoge
temperaturen ontstaan (brandwonden).
De retoursensor kan in het onderste gedeelte
van het reservoir of in de retourleiding van de
zonneinstallatie worden gemonteerd. Voor
de bovenste reservoirsensoren zijn er
meetputjes beschikbaar in het middelste
gedeelte van het reservoir.
