Packaging and disposal
The packaging material of this loudspeaker was designed for the protection of the SPIRIT OF MUSIC CE.
Please keep box, PE bag, cover and all styrofoam shells.
The box and all parts of the packaging material can be useful for other transport activities.
Disposal by type
Ensure environmentally-compatible disposal by disposing the packaging material separately.
The packaging material shall be regarded as an important material. It consists of EPS (styrofoam), PE (bag,
foam) and cardboard. These are recyclable materials!
Therefore, please return the packaging material to your dealer if you would not like to keep it.
Optimum adaption to the listening room
Modifications of midrange reproduction
The cable suspension bridge on the terminal allows optimum adoption of the lower midrange to the listening room.
For the set up close to walls, the frequency range must be adjusted carefully in order to provide clear sound
quality.
The lower midrange provides stronger or softer sound impressions, depending on the adjustments made at the
cable suspension bridge.
Depending on these adjustments, voices may come out full and instruments may come out more intensive or, all
performances may come out lighter and less intensive.
Modifications of bass reproduction
The Spirit of Music CE provides two bass ports on the rear. They offer deep bass sound, that is supported by the
woofers and the dimensions of the cabinet.
For set ups close to walls or in small rooms, the ELAC bass control plugs may be used to improve (minimize) bass
reproduction resulting from room acoustic conditions. This way, you will receive a step-by-step regulation of the
bass reproduction of your loudspeaker.
