MANUTENZIONE MAINTENANCE ENTRETIEN
ATTENZIONE! – Durante le operazioni di manutenzione
indossare sempre i guanti protettivi. Non e ettuare
le manutenzioni con motore caldo.
FILTRO ARIA
Ogni 8-10 ore di lavoro, togliere il coperchio (A, Fig. 68), pulire
il  ltro (B). Pulire con sgrassante Emak cod. 001101009A, lavare
con acqua e so are a distanza con aria compressa dall'interno
verso l'esterno. Sostituire se sporco o danneggiato. Un  ltro
intasato causa un funzionamento irregolare del motore,
aumentandone il consumo e diminuendone la potenza.
FILTRO CARBURANTE
Veri care periodicamente le condizioni del  ltro car bu ran te.
Un  ltro sporco provoca di coltà di av via men to e diminuisce
le prestazioni del motore. Per e ettuare la pulizia del  ltro,
estrarlo dal foro riem pi men to car bu ran te; in caso di sporcizia
eccessiva, provvedere alla sua so sti tu zio ne, (Fig. 69).
MOTORE
Pulire periodicamente le alette del cilindro con pen nel lo o
aria com pres sa (Fig. 70). L'accumulo di im pu ri tà sul cilindro
può pro vo ca re surriscaldamenti dan no si per il fun zio na men to
del motore.
Pulire anche la griglia di ra reddamento (Fig.74) con aria
compressa o pennello.
CANDELA
Periodicamente si raccomanda la pulizia della can de la e il
con trol lo della distanza degli elettrodi (Fig. 71). Utilizzare
candela NGK CMR7H o di altra marca di grado termico
equivalente.
RIDUTTORE LAME
Veri care il livello del grasso ogni 20 ore lavorative (Fig. 72).
Se necessario, aggiungere 15÷20 g di grasso al bisolfuro di
molibdeno Efco cod. 4173238B ed Oleo-Mac cod. 001000677B.
RIDUTTORE ANGOLARE
Veri care il livello del grasso ogni 50 ore lavorative (Fig. 73).
Se necessario, aggiungere 5÷10 g di grasso al bisolfuro di
molibdeno Efco cod. 4173238B ed Oleo-Mac cod. 001000677B.
WARNING! – Always wear pro tec tive gloves dur ing
maintenance operations. Do not carry out maintenance
with the engine hot.
AIR FILTER
Every 8-10 working hours, remove the cover (A, Fig. 68), clean
the  lter (B). Clean with Emak degreaser p/n 001101009A, rinse
with water and blast dry with compressed air, not too close,
blowing from the inside outwards. The engine runs irregularly
if the  lter is clogged, with consequent higher consumption
and lower performance.
FUEL TANK
Check fuel  lter periodically. A dirty  lter can cause di cult
starting and lower engine performance. To clean  lter proceed
as follows: remove it from fuel  lling hole. Replace it (Fig. 69)
if too dirty.
ENGINE
Clean cylinder  ns (Fig. 70) with a brush or compressed air
periodically. Dangerous overheating of engine may occur due
to impurities on the cylinder.
Also clean the cooling grille (Fig.74) with compressed air or
a brush.
SPARK PLUG
Clean spark plug and check electrode distance periodically
(Fig. 71). Use NGK CMR7H or of other brand with the same
thermal grade.
BLADE GEARBOX
Re ll gear housing every 20 working hours (Fig. 72). If necessary,
add 15÷20 g grease with molybdenum bisulphide Efco part.
n° 4173238B and Oleo-Mac part. n° 001000677B.
ANGLE DRIVE
Re ll gear housing every 50 working hours (Fig. 73). If necessary,
add 5÷10 g grease with molybdenum bisulphide Efco part. n°
4173238B and Oleo-Mac part. n° 001000677B.
ATTENTION! – Durant les opérations d’entretien et de
maintenance, porter toujours des gants de protection.
Ne pas e ectuer les entretiens avec un moteur chaud.
FILTRE A AIR
Toutes les 8-10 heures de travail, ôtez le couvercle (A, Fig. 68),
nettoyez le  ltre (B). Nettoyer avec du dégraissant Emak cod.
001101009A, laver avec de l'eau et sou er à distance avec de l'air
comprimé de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur. Remplacer s'il est contaminé
ou endommagé. Un  ltre obstrué provoque un fonctionnement
irrégulier du moteur qui en augmente la consommation et en
diminue la puissance.
FILTRE DU CARBURANT
ri er régulièrement les conditions du  ltre du carburant. Un
ltre sale entraîne des di cultés de démarrage et diminue les
performances du moteur.
Pour nettoyer le  ltre, le sortir par l'ori ce de ravitaillement en
carburant; dans le cas où il serait excessivement sale, le remplacer
(Fig. 69).
MOTEUR
Nettoyer régulièrement les ailettes du cylindre avec de l'air comprimé
(Fig. 70). L'accumulation d'impuretés sur le cylindre peut provoquer
des surchau es nuisibles au bon fonctionnement du moteur.
Nettoyer également la grille de refroidissement (Fig.74) au jet d’air
comprimé ou avec un pinceau.
BOUGIE
Il est recommandé de nettoyer régulièrement la bougie et de
contrôler la distance entre les électrodes (Fig. 71). Utiliser une bougie
NGK CMR7H ou autre marque avec degré thermique équivalent.
REDUCTEUR LAMES
ri er le niveau de la graisse toutes les 20 heures ( g. 72). Si
nécessaire, introduire 15÷20 g de la graisse au bisolfure de
molybdene Efco part. n° 4173238B et Oleo-Mac part. n° 001000677B.
REDUCTEUR ANGULAIRE
ri er le niveau de la graisse toutes les 50 heures ( g. 73). Si
nécessaire, introduire 5÷10 g de la graisse au bisolfure de molybdene
Efco part. n° 4173238B et Oleo-Mac part. n° 001000677B.
