GARANTIEBEPALINGEN
1.Ondergetekende verklaart dat dit apparaat voor het verlaten van de
fabriek nauwkeurig is gecontroleerd en aan alle normale eisen van bruik-
baarheid, betrouwbaarheid en levensduur voldoet.
2. Bij normaal huishoudelijk gebruik en onderhoud wordt het apparaat
gedurende 36 maanden na aankoop gegarandeerd tegen materiaal-en/of
fabricagefouten. De garantie geldt niet voor lakwerk en voor onderdelen
van glas, rubber, kunststof en verlichting. De garantietermijn is beperkt
tot 6 maanden, indien het toestel industrieel of in gemeenschappelijke
ruimten wordt gebruikt.
3. De in punt 2 genoemde garantie houdt in, dat optredende storingen
gedurende 36 maanden op vertoon van het garantiebewijs met aan-
koopfaktuur worden gerepareerd zonder berekening van arbeidsloon en
eventueel te vervangen onderdelen die eigendom worden van onderge-
tekende.
4. Aanspraak op garantie vervalt wanneer het defect naar het oordeel
van ondergetekende het gevolg is van onoordeelkundig gebruik of
misbruik, zoals aansluiting op een verkeerde netspanning, kennelijke
ruwe behandeling of verwaarlozing respectievelijk niet-inachtneming
van de gebruiksaanwijzing. Evenmin kan aanspraak op garantie worden
gemaakt indien aan het apparaat veranderingen zijn aangebracht of hier
aan reparaties zijn uitgevoerd zonder toestemming van ondergetekende.
5.Wanneer door omstandigheden het toestel, of onderdelen daarvan, ter
keuring of reparatie moet worden verzonden, dient dit na voorafgaand
overleg FRANCO te geschieden met bijvoeging van het garantiebewijs
en aankoopfaktuur.
6.Indien binnen de garantietermijn reparaties worden verricht, wordt de
oorspronkelijke garantietermijn niet verlengd.
7.Voor daden of verzuimen van ondergeschikten, die te wijten zijn aan
grove schuld of opzet, behalve voorzover die daden of verzuimen scha-
de aan het betrokken apparaat ten gevolge hebben, is ondergetekende
niet verantwoordelijk.
8.Voor (een) aangevraagd(e) en tevoren aangekondigd(e) bezoek(en),
waarbij de aanvrager(ster) niet thuis wordt getroen, worden voorrijkos-
ten in rekening gebracht.
HET GARANTIEBEWIJS BEZIT SLECHTS GELDIGHEID, INDIEN DIT
OP DE DATUM VAN AANKOOP VOLLEDIG IS INGEVULD EN EN IN
COMBINATIE MET DE ORIGINELE AANKOOPFACTUUR OVERLEGD
KAN WORDEN.
CONDITIONS DE GARANTIE
1. Le soussigné déclare que cet appareil a été contrôlé soigneusement
avant de quitter l'usine et qu'il correspond à toutes les conditions
normales d'utilisation, de abilité et de durée de fonctionnement.
2. En cas d'utilisation domestique normale et d'entretien, l'appareil est
garanti durant trois ans après achat contre tout dysfonctionnement
empêchant d'utiliser l'appareil normalement. La garantie ne couvre pas
les sources de lumière. Le délai de la garantie est restreint à six mois en
cas d'utilisation de l'appareil dans des endroits industriels ou publics.
3. La garantie mentionnée sous la clause 2 implique que tout
dysfonctionnement sera réparé durant les trois années sur présentation
de la garantie et de la facture d'achat, sans prise en compte des heures de
travail ni des pièces de rechange, qui redeviendront la propriété du
soussigné.
4. Tout droit de garantie échoit au cas où le dysfonctionnement découle
selon le soussigné d'une utilisation non-indiquée ou peu judicieuse,
comme par exemple en cas de branchement de l'appareil sur un réseau
de tension incorrect, de manipulation manifestement peu
précautionneuse, de dégâts ou de négligence ou de non-respect du
mode d'utilisation.
Il est tout aussi exclu de faire appel à la garantie quand l'appareil a subi
des modications ou des réparations sans
le consentement du soussigné.
6. En cas de réparation au cours du délai de garantie, ce délai ne sera pas
prolongé.
5. Si les conditions exigent l'envoi de l'appareil ou de pièces de l'appareil
pour raison d'estimation ou de réparation, cet envoi s'eectuera, après
concertation préalable, FRANCO et accompagné du certicat de garantie
et de la facture d'achat.
7. Le soussigné n'est aucunement reponsable pour les actes ou les
ommissions de ses subalternes, dus à une faute grave ou étant
clairement intentionnels, sauf dans le cas où ces actes ou ommissions
auraient occasionné les dégâts à l'appareil.
8. Le demandeur qui ne se trouve pas à son domicile pour une visite
demandée et xée à l'avance devra payer les frais de déplacement.
LE CERTIFICAT DE GARANTIE NE SERA VALABLE QUE LORSQUE
VOUS AUREZ ACTIVÉ LA GARANTIE LE JOUR MÊME DE VOTRE ACHAT
