USER/INSTALLER
IN THE EVENT OF PROBLEMS
After an interval of roughly 20/30 minutes, which varies depending on the model, the stove switches off due to a
shortage of pellets.
If the user reloads the stove before the start of the switch-off procedure, the symbol disappears and the stove resumes
its normal operation.
If the user fails to reload the stove before the start of the switch-off procedure, the stove switches off and the tank
symbol remains steady lit with the 3 arrows on until the next reloading operation.
When the reserve symbol is present, the stove cannot be restarted.
After reloading the pellets, the stove must be restarted manually.
If the pellets are reloaded and there is an ignition request coming from the timer, the stove will restart.
If the sensor intervenes:
- with the stove OFF or in Initial Cleaning mode (following manual emptying of the tank), the final symbol will
immediately appear and the stove cannot be switched on;
- during the ignition phase, the ignition sequence will be completed even if it lasts more than the 20/30 minutes of
residual autonomy.
If the pellets are not reloaded, the stove will then switch off.
During a switch-off following a BLACKOUT, the display will alternately show the words “Black-Out” and “OFF”.
Once the switch-off has been completed, the product will remain off and “Black-Out” will appear.
