GARANTIA DEL ARTÍCULO
1. GARANTIA EN VIGOR:
La garantía entra en vigor al presentar la factura comercial del
establecimiento debidamente rellenada y empieza con la fecha de entrega
determinada en ella.
2.-DURACIÓN DE LA GARANTÍA:
La garantía se extiende a dos años, refriéndose a las piezas del aparato.
3.-VALIDEZ DE LA GARANTIA:
a) La garantía se refiere exclusivamente al comprador, siempre que el uso del
aparato sea al adecuado y bajo las circunstancias normales.
b) La GARANTÍA incluye la reparación y/o el cambio de piezas por parte de los
técnicos especializados, excluyendo todas las exigencias de indemnización
c) El cumplimiento de las obligaciones que resultan de la garantía por parte del
proveedor no significa la prolongación o renovación de la duración original de la
misma.
4.- DAÑOS EXCLUIDOS DE LA GARANTÍA:
Se entrega el aparato al cliente reconociendo su impecable estado, sin
defectos visibles.
La garantía no entra en vigor en caso de destrucción intencionada, o golpes
dados al aparato a no ser que se trate de un defecto de material, que sea
reconocido por parte de nuestros técnicos especializados.
Además denegamos toda responsabilidad para futuros daños que pudieran
resultar de un defecto de nuestros aparatos.
5.-Se excluyen de la garantia todas las intervenciones que se deban a
un mal uso o manejo de los datos técnicos establecidos para el aparato y un
uso fuera de lo normal.
6.-Queda excluida de la garantía cualquier intervención por parte de
personal no autorizado que haya afectado cualquier cambio y/o reparación.
7.- La expedición hasta el servicio técnico más cercano o hasta nuestra
sede central deben efectuarse a PORTES PAGADOS y el artículo debe llegar
perfectamente embalado con todos sus componentes.
