Ölablasstopfen (3A) herausschrauben und Öl ablassen, Getriebedeckel (7) entfernen, dann
Kurbelwelle mit Presse oder Gummihammer axial bewegen. Dabei Kröpfung der Kurbelwelle ohne
Gewalt durch die Gleitlagerpleuel (15) hindurchfädeln, Pleuel nicht verbiegen.
Pleuel und Plunger herausnehmen und zerlegen.
Verschlissene Teile austauschen.
Beim Wiedereinbau zunächst Kurbelwelle durch die Pleuel fädeln, Lager (12A, 12B) beiderseits
nachpressen, dann Radialwellendichtring (11), Ölschauglas (8) und Lagerdeckel (7) montieren.
