Potmeter vervangen:
Verwijder de oude potmeter uit de behuizing.
Knip de draadjes los van de potmeter en let op de volgorde van de draadjes.
Schuif krimpkous over de draadjes.
Soldeer de draadjes op de nieuwe potmeter en let hierbij op de juiste volgorde van de
draadjes.
Schuif de krimpkousjes over de soldering en maak deze warm zodat ze krimpen.
Buig voorzichtig de pennetjes om.
Plaats de potmeter in de behuizing en sluit deze af.
Displayclip vervangen:
Maak de displayclip los van het stuur.
Maak de kleine schroefjes aan de onderzijde van de display los.
Verwijder de houder van de display.
Plaats de display op de nieuwe displayclip. Gebruik ter afdichting tegen vocht vaseline, kit of
vloeibare pakking.
Schroef de display vast op de displayclip. Gebruik hiervoor iets grotere schroefjes dan de
oude schroefjes.
Trapsensor:
Connector:
Probeer met je vinger de magneetschijf te draaien op de as. Is dit
mogelijk dan kan dit duiden op een scheurtje. Controleer de
afstand tussen de sensor en de magneetschijf.
Zit deze er tegenaan = fout
2 à 3mm. uit elkaar = goed
Meer dan 6mm uit elkaar = fout
Een onregelmatigheid of slingering is ook niet goed.
Controleer de sensor op beschadiging en vuil!
Voer de kabel van de trapsensor door het frame door naar de
controller.
