8. Als het apparaat niet naar behoren functioneert, een mechanische schok heeft gekregen, is
gevallen, beschadigd, buiten heeft gestaan of in het water is terechtgekomen, gebruik het dan niet
en neem contact op met de Dyson Helpdesk.
9. Snoer niet uitrekken of onder spanning plaatsen. Snoer uit de buurt van verwarmde
oppervlakken houden.
10. Het snoer niet onder vloerbedekking door laten lopen. Snoer niet met vloerkleden, lopers of
dergelijke bedekken. Leg het snoer buiten loopbereik en waar er niet over gestruikeld kan worden.
11. Haal de stekker niet uit het stopcontact door aan het snoer te trekken. Trek aan de stekker, niet
aan het snoer. Het gebruik van een verlengsnoer wordt niet aanbevolen.
12. Geen voorwerpen in openingen of het rooster steken. Niet gebruiken indien opening verstopt is;
vrijhouden van stof, haren en alles dat de luchtstroom kan beperken.
13. Gebruik geen reinigingsmiddelen of smeermiddelen op dit apparaat. Haal de stekker uit het
stopcontact voordat u reinigings- of onderhoudswerkzaamheden uitvoert.
14. Draag het apparaat altijd aan de voet, niet aan de blaasring.
15. Alle functies uitschakelen alvorens de stekker eruit te trekken. Stekker eruit trekken wanneer het
apparaat langere tijd niet in gebruik is. Om struikelrisico te vermijden, het snoer veilig oprollen.
16. Niet in de buurt van fornuizen, haarden, kookplaten of andere warmtebronnen met hoge
temperaturen gebruiken.
17. Niet gebruiken in combinatie met of direct naast een luchtverfrisser of vergelijkbare producten.
Houd etherische oliën en chemicaliën uit de buurt van het apparaat.
18. Verstikkingsgevaar - De afstandsbediening bevat een kleine batterij. Houd de afstandsbediening
uit de buurt van kinderen en om het inslikken van de batterij te voorkomen. Wordt de batterij toch
ingeslikt neem dan direct contact op met de huisarts.
19. Let op uw vingers bij het verwijderen of terugplaatsen van het filter.

TENCIA INCLUIDAS EN ESTE MANUAL Y EN EL APARATO.
Cuando use un aparato eléctrico, siempre se deben seguir unas precauciones básicas, incluyendo
las siguientes:
AVISO
TANTO EL VENTILADOR COMO EL MANDO A DISTANCIA INCLUYEN IMANES.
1. Los marcapasos y desfibriladores pueden verse afectados por fuertes campos magnéticos.
Si usted o alguien en su casa tiene un marcapasos o desfibrilador, evite colocar el mando a
distancia en un bolsillo o cerca del dispositivo.
2. El funcionamiento de las tarjetas de crédito y los soportes de almacenamiento electrónico también
pueden verse afectados por los imanes, por lo que deben mantenerse alejados del mando a
distancia y de la parte superior del aparato.
AVISO
Estas advertencias se aplican al aparato y, cuando proceda, a todas las herramientas,
accesorios, cargadores o adaptadores de corriente.
PARA REDUCIR EL RIESGO DE INCENDIO, DESCARGA ELÉCTRICA O LESIÓN:
1. Este aparato Dyson pueden utilizarlo niños desde los 8 años de edad y personas con limitaciones
físicas, sensoriales o de razonamiento, o falta de experiencia y conocimiento, a condición de que
hayan estado bajo la supervisión o recibido instrucción de una persona responsable con respecto
al uso del aparato de manera segura y que entiendan los riesgos que esto conlleva. Se prohíbe
que los niños realicen la limpieza y el mantenimiento del aparato sin supervisión.
2. Asegúrese de que el aparato esté bien montado de acuerdo con las instrucciones antes de usarlo.
No desmonte el aparato ni lo use sin el aro amplificador acoplado.
3. No permita que la máquina se utilice como un juguete. Preste mucha atención si la utilizan niños
ose hace cerca de ellos. Se debe vigilar a los niños para asegurarse de que no juegan con
la máquina.
4. Úselo sólo como se describe en este manual. No lleve a cabo ninguna tarea de mantenimiento
aparte de las indicadas en este manual, o recomendadas por el servicio de atención al cliente.
5. Diseñado para localizaciones secas. No lo utilice en el exterior o sobre superficies mojadas y no
lo exponga a la lluvia ni deje que le caiga agua.
6. No manipule ningún componente, ni el enchufe con las manos mojadas.
7. No utilice ningún aparato si el cable o el enchufe están dañados. Deseche el aparato o
devuélvalo a un taller de servicio autorizado para que lo examinen y/o reparen. Si el cable de
alimentación está dañado, deberá ser reemplazado por Dyson, un agente de Dyson u otra
persona igualmente capacitada, con el objeto de evitar riesgos.
8. No utilice el aparato si no funciona correctamente, ha recibido un golpe, se ha caído, ha sufrido
daños, se ha dejado en el exterior o se ha sumergido en agua. Póngase en contacto con la línea
de servicio al cliente de Dyson.
9. No tire o coja la máquina por el cable. Mantenga el cable alejado de superficies calientes.
10. No cubra el cable con alfombras, tapetes, o similares. Mantenga el cable alejado de sitios de
paso y donde se pueda tropezar con él.
11. No desenchufe la máquina tirando del cable. Para desenchufar, tire del enchufe de la máquina,
no del cable. No es recomendable el uso de un cable alargador.
12. No introduzca ningún objeto en las aberturas ni en la entrada de la rejilla. No lo use si está
bloqueada alguna abertura; manténgalo sin polvo, pelusas, pelos y cualquier objeto que pueda
reducir el flujo de aire.
13. No utilice agentes limpiadores ni lubricantes en este aparato. Desenchúfelo antes de limpiarlo o
de llevar a cabo cualquier tarea de mantenimiento en él.
14. Para transportarlo, sujételo siempre por la base, nunca por el aro amplificador.
15. Apague todos los controles antes de desenchufar. Desenchúfelo cuando no lo use durante largos
períodos de tiempo. Para evitar riesgos de tropiezo, enrolle el cable de forma segura.
16. No lo utilice cerca de hornos, chimeneas, estufas o cerca de fuentes de calor.
17. No lo utilice junto con ni cerca de un ambientador o productos similares. Mantenga los aceites y
productos químicos esenciales alejados de la máquina.
18. Peligro de asfixia. Este mando a distancia contiene una pequeña pila. Mantenga el mando a
distancia fuera del alcance de los niños y tenga cuidado de no tragarse la pila. Si se ingiriese la
pila, póngase en contacto con los servicios sanitarios.
19. Cuando extraiga o sustituya el filtro, tenga cuidado donde coloca los dedos.
