  • We keep getting E1 on one person. The machine works for everyone else we try it on but on one person it just keeps coming up E1 cuff issue despite it having worked on her previously. We've repositioned the cuff, tried on each arm, tried different tightness to no avail. Has anyone got a solution pls? Submitted on 21-7-2023 at 12:27

  • My Bo monitor gives E20 error. I checked everything but still error exists. I replaced all the 4 batteries, checked the cuffs, etc, but still error persists. Pls advise Submitted on 11-4-2022 at 16:51
