8 Schmierung

Bevor die Nähmaschine im Betrieb genommen wird, sollen Dochte und

Filze mit Öl getränkt sein. Ölstand am Vorratsbehälter kontrollieren,

gegebenenfalls nachfüllen. Siehe Kapitel 9.2 in der Bedienanleitung.

9 Nähtest

Nach Beendigung der Aufstellarbeiten und der spezifischen

Einstellungen ist ein Nähtest durchzuführen.

–

Spulerfaden einfädeln (siehe Bedienanleitung).

–

Hauptschalter einschalten.

–

Nähfuß in gelüfteter Stellung arretieren (siehe Bedienanleitung).

–

Spule bei niedriger Geschwindigkeit auffüllen.

–

Hauptschalter ausschalten.

–

Nadel- und Greiferfaden einfädeln (siehe Bedienanleitung),

–

Zu verarbeitendes Nähgut auswählen.

–

Nähtest erst mit niedriger und anschließend mit kontinuierlich

steigender Nähgeschwindigkeit durchführen.

–

Prüfen, ob die Nähte den gewünschten Anforderungen

entsprechen.

Wenn die Anforderungen nicht erreicht werden, Fadenspannungen

ändern (siehe Bedienanleitung). Nähgeschwindigkeit.
