  • The code on our safe never worked so we always used the key but now the key is missing. Is there any way to unlock the safe? Is there contact information for the company? Submitted on 10-8-2021 at 16:57

  • Changed the batteries on my Duralock safe and now the code I set doesn’t work. I don’t have a key for the round lock either and I need my passport!!!!! Submitted on 19-7-2021 at 20:04

  • how can I get the forgotten (mechanical/dial) safe combination of DuraLock safe, when I still have the serial number and the companying key. Can I contact the DuraLock manifacture? Submitted on 24-8-2020 at 12:31

  • Hello. Our safe will not reset the code. When we press the red button on the inside, only a yellow light comes on, stays on, and goes off. No code works, no code resets. We have the key but that doesn't do anything but unlock the door. Any ideas? Please help. Submitted on 23-11-2019 at 18:16
