Assembly
Unless otherwise instructed, do not fully tighten all fixings until assembly is complete.
1.
Attach the front stabilizer (2) and the rear stabilizer (3)
to
the main frame (1) using bolts
(4)
and flat
washers (5) .
2.
Attach the saddle (8)
to
the saddle stem
(9)
using nylon nuts and locking washers (11) pre attached
on
the saddle.
3.
Locale a computer cable (15)
in
the computer box,
to
thread this cable down the handlebar stem (12),
let male socket stick out of the top end of handlebar stem and the female socket at the bottom end .
Before placing the handlebar stem onto the main frame plug
the
computer cable ( 15) and connect the
resistance controller (14) by pushing the cable nipple (14c) into the slot of cable connector (13c), see
illustration
.
Coupling the handlebar stem onto the main frame and secure with bolts (16) and curved washers (17) with
Allen Key (28).
Be
sure all the cables fitted into the main frame properly without pinches.
4.
Slide the handlebar (19) into the handlebar holder which welded
on
the handlebar stem (12). Adjust the
handlebar
to
desired angle and tighten with handlebar locking knob
(21
, fitted). This unique handlebar
allows the rider a full range of comfortable riding position from upright
to
the crouch of professional
cyclist. Precaution : before commencing crouch position, rider should repeatedly test the tightness of the
locking knob for safety.
Fit the handlebar grips (20) onto the handlebar, you may require a little of soap
on
the handlebar
to
ease
this operation. Fit two small end plugs provided with handlebar grips onto the both ends of the handlebar.
Plug the male socket of the computer cable to the computer's jack
at
the back panel then "click-
in
" the
computer onto the welded bracket
on
the handlebar stem.
lnsert the plug of the ear clip (24) into the pulse terminal hole
on
the computer's facia.
5. Slide the assembled saddle stem into main frame and select desired height by screwing the seat
adjusting knob (18).
Be
sure the knob
is
screwed tightly before sitting
on
the saddle.
6.
Important : Secure the left side peda! (22L), onto the crank by turning the thread anti-clockwise,
however, secure the right side pedal (22R) by turning the thread clockwise
as
usual manner. A letter
"R" and "L" is marked at the end of the thread respectively. To distinguish right and left hand side at
rider's position. Tighten the thread by fingers before using multi spanner (27).
Tips
1. Follow this assembly manual carefully.
2. Make sure all bolts and nuts are securily tightened, using the provided locking washers.
3.
This hometrainer has been designed for a long and unproblematic use. Please check all bolts and nuts
regular ly: and apply lubrication to moving parts regula ly.
Caution !
1.
Do
not wear loose fitting clothing that could become entangled
in
any moving parts.
2. Do always wear shoes when you exercise.
3. Keep the unit out of reach for childreri.
4. Consult your physian before starting any exercise program.
5. Stop exercising immediately
in
case of nausea, shaki
ng
, shortness of breath , pain
in
the chest or
headache.
6.
Do
not exercise 45 minutes before eating or 1 houre after eating.
