Deze garantie geldt gedurende 6 maanden voor eender welke fabricagefout aan Dunlop-fitnessproducten die
door een gemachtigd Dunlop-handelaar werden verkocht. Wanneer de garantie wordt ingeroepen, heeft
Dunlop de mogelijkheid om, naar eigen goeddunken, het defecte apparaat of het betreffende onderdeel te
herstellen of te vervangen. De transportkosten en de eventuele handelaars en/of werkplaatskosten worden
uitgesloten van deze garantie, en zijn dus voor rekening van de bezitter van het apparaat,
Als U aanspraak wenst te maken op eventuele garantie, gaat U met het aankoopbewijs naar de verdeler waar
U Uw apparaat heeft aangekocht. De handelaar zal dan het nodige doen. Is dit niet mogelijk, dan neemt U
contact op met de nationale Dunlop-importeur.
De garantie geldt niet voor : de normale slijtage, de gevolgen van een ondeskundige behandeling, de
beschadiging door de koper of door derden, en defecten die aan extreme omstandigheden te wijten zijn.
De garantie kan ook niet worden ingeroepen wanneer de originele constructie of uitrusting werd gewijzigd, of
wanneer geen originele Dunlop-onderdelen voor de herstelling werden gebruikt. De fabrikant kan niet
verantwoordelijk gesteld worden voor schade, verlies of kosten, incidenteel noch gerelateerd, ten gevolge van
gebruik van dit toestel.
Dit toestel is speciaal ontworpen voor thuisgebruik: indien dit toestel gebruikt wordt in een
gymzaal of voor professioneel en/of commercieel gebruik, zijn de fabrikant en zijn
vertegenwoordigers niet langer aansprakelijk voor eventuele ongevallen of schade toegebracht
aan dit toestel, en vervalt elke garantie.
La presente garanzia copre qualsiasi difetto di fabbricazione per un periodo di 6 mesi, all’interno del quale i
nostri rivenditori Dunlop autorizzati saranno in grado di risolvere qualsiasi problema e di rimettere in funzione
il vostro apparecchio. Durante questi 6 mesi, tutti i pezzi di ricambio sono gratuiti; sono comunque escluse
dalla garanzia l’usura ordinaria del prodotto ed ogni conseguenza derivante dall’uso a scopo professionale.
Per richiedere l’intervento coperto da garanzia, sarà sufficiente recarsi presso il punto vendita dove avete
acquistato l’attrezzo con il certificato di garanzia o lo scontrino fiscale ed il nostro rivenditore si occuperà del
resto. Nel caso in cui questo non fosse possibile, contattate direttamente l’importatore Dunlop per il vostro
paese. Le spese di trasporto sono sempre da considerarsi non coperte da garanzia.
La garanzia non comprende inoltre: l'usura ordinaria, le conseguenze dovute a trattamento inappropriato, i
danni causati dall’acquirente o da terze persone, così come i difetti imputabili a cause esterne (come
l’umidità).
Inoltre, non si potrà ricorrere alla garanzia né in presenza di modifiche apportate alla costruzione o
all’attrezzatura originale dell’apparecchio, né tanto meno nel caso in cui alcuni pezzi siano stati scambiati o
sostituiti con altri che nulla hanno a che vedere con la nostra produzione.
Il presente apparecchio è destinato ad un uso domestico. Nel caso in cui fosse utilizzato in
palestre o luoghi simili o in caso di utilizzo commerciale, l’importatore o i suoi rappresentanti
saranno ritenuti indenni da qualsiasi responsabilità che potrebbe derivare da lesioni
all’utilizzatore o eventuali danni all’apparecchio.

Αν θέλετε να χρησιµοποιήσετε το δικαίωµα της εγγύησης, η Dunlop υποχρεούται να επισκευάσει ή να
αντικαταστήσει την ελαττωµατική µονάδα σύµφωνα µε την κρίση της. Ο ιδιοκτήτης της µονάδας θα πρέπει να
καταβάλει το κόστος µεταφοράς και το κόστος εργασιών.
Για να χρησιµοποιήσετε το δικαίωµα της εγγύησης, παρουσιάστε την κάρτα εγγύησης στον πωλητή σας. Ο
πωλητής σας θα προχωρήσει µε τις απαραίτητες ενέργειες. Αν αυτό δεν είναι δυνατό, ελάτε σε επαφή µε τον
εισαγωγέα της Dunlop στη χώρα σας.
Οι ακόλουθες περιπτώσεις δεν καλύπτονται από την εγγύηση: συνήθη φθορά και οι συνέπειες της µη σωστής
χρήσης ή ζηµιά που προκαλείται από τον αγοραστή ή ένα τρίτο µέρος και αστοχίες που οφείλονται σε άλλες
συνθήκες.
∆εν παρέχεται δικαίωµα εγγύησης αν έχουν γίνει τροποποιήσεις στην αρχική κατασκευή ή τον εξοπλισµό ή αν
δεν χρησιµοποιήθηκαν για επισκευή της µονάδας τα αρχικά εξαρτήµατα Dunlop.
Αυτό το ποδήλατο έχει σχεδιαστεί αποκλειστικά για χρήση στο σπίτι. Η επαγγελµατική χρήση, ή η χρήση σε
γυµναστήρια ακυρώνει αυτόµατα κάθε υποχρέωση του κατασκευαστεί και/ή του εισαγωγέα.
Όλα τα δεδοµένα που εµφανίζονται είναι οδηγοί κατά προσέγγιση και δεν µπορούν να
χρησιµοποιηθούν σε ιατρικές εφαρµογές.
